Becoming a champion doesn’t happen overnight. It takes years of practice, conditioning, and perseverance to turn your body into a goal-scoring phenomenon. But it’s well worth it.


As you know, some things are beyond your control. For example, some bodies are just better built for speed or strength than others. Some people are destined to be world class sprinters while others aren't born with tremendous speed. However, that's the beauty of soccer, whether you're short or tall, fast or slow, there's still a place for you in the game if you train hard and take care of your body.



There are a great many things that are within your power to change. One of those things is your ability to transform your body from a reasonably fit athlete to the most amazing soccer player it could ever be.


Look at it this way, scoring a goal always feels good, but you're more likely to score goals if you put in the hard work and training. Don’t leave your pride to a stroke of luck. Earn it, and soccer will take on a new dimension of satisfaction. You can get improve your fitness. You can get stronger. And yes you can get faster.


You're also more likely to score goals when you're fit, especially when everyone else is tired at the end of the game. You'll have a reserve of energy in the tank for the last ten minutes of the game. Think of it that way when you'll doing that extra sprint or leg lift.



By training hard and eating right you'll get the most out of your body, and you’ll be well on your way to a successful soccer career.
